RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY

SO, WE TOTALLY GET THAT SOMETIMES YOUR ORDER MIGHT NOT FIT THE WAY YOU THOUGHT IT WOULD OR THAT COLOUR JUST DOES NOT WORK, SO HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW AND WHAT WE CAN DO TO HELP.  

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we are more than happy to give you a store credit for the purchase amount or exchange those products (other than gift cards or sales items), provided:

  • Items are returned within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase – for items shipped 10 days from the date the item was delivered to you is fine;
  • The returned items must not be sale items or purchased using a discount code (VIP codes excluded); and 
  • The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.

If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown – firstly we are SO SORRY! Secondly, we will refund you in full, including postage – obviously provided that we agree with the claim - as soon as the faulty garments are returned and received. Once again, these items must be unworn and unwashed, and you just need to let us know within that 10 day period after purchase/delivery.

NOTES REGARDING RETURNS – AUSTRALIA ONLY

Change of Mind Returns

  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us, this includes post back to the customer if the items are exchanged. But to avoid these extra costs, if you are in Perth, just duck into our Leederville store and we can are more than happy to help you out in store.
  • We will not accept change of mind returns for gift cards or any items purchased from the “Bargain Basket” section of our website, on sale in store or using any discount promotional code (VIP codes excluded). 

Change of mind returns will either be eligible for an exchange for an item(s) of equal or (totaling) greater value (balance to be paid separately) or a store credit.

Faulty Items Returns

  • If the item is faulty and we have another item exactly the same in stock, we will exchange the faulty item with the not faulty item – costs associated with postage (if required) will be at BRUUG’s expense.

Sale Items Returns

  • Items purchased on sale or using any discount promotional code (VIP codes excluded) are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Sale purchases are final unless faulty.

THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS, ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE (VIP EXCEPTED) OR ANY BARGAIN BASKET ITEMS.
